OriginOS 6 December update is officially rolling out in China. The update arrives with various new changes and enhancements.

OriginOS 6 December update released
Changelog-
- Shake to share in group- Newly added support in Vivo and iQOO models running Android 13 and above. Take a bunch of photos, open the Share app, and shake your device to share them all.
- 3D Spatial Wallpaper- Transform ordinary photos into glasses-free 3D photos, making your lock screen more vivid. (Feature is available in Beta for early access.)
- Text declarations- Seven brand-new text templates, seamless lock screen transitions, and customisable lock screen wallpapers for added personality
- New lock screen widgets- New widgets for scanning QR codes, payment codes, and transit codes have been added
- Little V’s Suggestions boasts a visual refresh, with added reminders for show ticket purchases on the ShowStart app, keeping you up-to-date with LiveHouse updates. More flight status nodes, train card layout optimisation, and DingTalk call integration with Atomic Island are a few other upgrades.
- Live Photo- WeChat supports sending live photos in chats. The photos can be saved locally
- Desktop- Desktop folders now feature flexible, layered animations for expanding and collapsing application icons naturally expand and shrink as folders expand and collapse
- Theme-The new feature supports independently replacing control center theme resources, allowing users to freely match them with desktop theme colors and change colors as desired
- Control Center- The style of the connection center card has been optimised for a more aesthetically pleasing and harmonious visual effect
- Weather component- A new 4×2 weather widget has been added
- Motion sickness visual aid- Added with customisable display effects
- AI- Newly added calendar AI search capability allows you to quickly locate events. The default naming convention for audio recorder files has been optimised, and the format has been changed to year-month-day-hour-minute-second. Semantic understanding capabilities are optimised, and the relevance of search results is improved
- Network- Optimise location accuracy and reduce location deviation when hailing a ride. Optimise network stability for gaming on mobile networks and improve the gaming network experience
- Accessibility- Optimise TalkBack’s focus, labels, and interactive controls. Optimise the image description function, keep-alive mechanism and improve the image description switch performance in different scenarios
- Smart Car- Various new additions like lighting and shadow effects, two-line lyrics display, improved lyrics switching effects, immersive music status for bar effects, a feature to adjust the component area of the vertical screen vehicle infotainment system, new navigation floating cards, and iQiYi video streaming feature.
