OPPO F27 Pro+ Stable ColorOS 16 Update Officially Announced for the Indian Region; Pad SE’s Rollout Paused

Oppo had announced the stable rollout of the ColorOS 16 update based on the Android 16 OS for the Oppo F27 Pro+ and the Oppo Pad SE in the Indian region. But after a few days, the rollout for the Oppo Pad SE was paused. This was confirmed by Oppo in the comment section of the Pad SE’s rollout announcement. The comment read, “We’ve temporarily paused the update of the ColorOS 16 for the OPPO Pad SE due to some issues.” Oppo has confirmed that they will reissue the update for the Oppo Pad SE once these issues have been resolved. Additionally, Oppo advises users who encounter any problems after installing this stable ColorOS 16 update to visit their nearest Oppo service centre for assistance.
Apart from this, the stable ColorOS 16 update for the F27 Pro+ is currently being rolled out with the version number “CPH2643_16.0.3.510(EX01)” and has a total download size of 2.95GB. The rollout is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.

In other news, Oppo had shared the rollout schedule for the new ColorOS 16 monthly update for February 2026 in the India region. This update introduces the AI Popout feature, which lets users combine multiple photos to create layered compositions where the main subject appears to step out of the frame, producing a 3D effect. Other enhancements in this update include a PowerPoint translation feature, an improved AI Eraser tool, a better Remove Reflections tool, and faster addition of images and files to Private Safe.
