OPPO Developer Conference 2025 (ODC 25) to be Held on 15th October 2025, Marking the Launch of ColorOS 16; OPPO Find X9 Series Also Announced to First Feature the Latest Custom Skin
The Chinese consumer electronics maker – OPPO has now announced the ODC 25 event in its home market, and it will be conducted in the mid-half of October 2025. At the upcoming event, the brand is all set to introduce its latest Android 16-based ColorOS 16 custom skin, and the next OPPO Find X9 series smartphones are pointed out to first feature it.

ColorOS 16 – Scheduled to Launch Next Month on 15th October 2025
Next month on the 15th of October 2025 in China (Shenzhen) at 10:00 AM local time, OPPO plans to conduct its next ODC 25 event (OPPO Developer Conference 2025), and during the offline speech that will take place on the first day and which will also be broadcast live for online viewers, the brand will be sharing about OPPO’s AI strategy and officially release its ColorOS 16 custom skin.
At the OPPO AI Summit which also be conducted on the same day from 2:30 PM local time in offline mode, the brand will discuss on topics like ‘Technical Practice and Exploration of Personalized AIOS’, ‘Big Model-Driven AI Experience Upgrade for Smart Terminals’, and ‘The New Era of AIOS: The Next Breakthrough in the AI Mobile Device Ecosystem’ (round table forum). During the same time, sub forums for AI mobile phone experience design, Smart Internet ecosystem, smart service ecology, AI security and privacy, smooth technology, game technology and ecosystem, content ecology, application ecology, business growth, and ColorOS co-creator planet will also be held offline.
The OPPO Find X9 series (which will consist of the OPPO Find X9 and the OPPO Find X9 Pro flagships) that is also scheduled to launch next month in October 2025 will be the first to feature the ColorOS 16 custom skin. Additionally, the OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6, and the OPPO Pad 5 are also revealed to be among the first products to come with the Android 16-based ColorOS 16 custom skin out of the box.
