OnePlus Rolls Out OxygenOS 16.0.2.411 for Pad Go 2 in India, EU and Global Markets; OxygenOS 16.0.2.401 Reaches OnePlus 11 in North America

After OnePlus rolled out the latest update for the OnePlus 13R in the India region (Jan 2026 Security Patch), several users from the EU region began complaining on the community post that they still had not received any new update since the November stable rollout. Many users pointed out the delay, highlighting that while India had started receiving newer builds, their devices were still waiting for an update.
Now, there is finally some positive news for users outside India. A new update has been announced for the OnePlus 11 and the OnePlus Pad Go 2. The update for the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is being rolled out for users in India, the EU, and global markets, while the OnePlus 11 update is currently arriving for users in the North America region.
The OnePlus Pad Go 2 is receiving OxygenOS 16.0.2.411 in the EU, India, and global regions, while the OnePlus 11 is getting the OxygenOS 16.0.2.401 update in North America. Since the update has only just been announced, it may take some time to reach all users as the rollout is happening in phases.
The key addition for the OnePlus Pad Go 2 is the new bypass charging feature. Meanwhile, the OnePlus 11 update includes a more detailed set of changes, which I have added as a full changelog in the article below.
