OnePlus Rolling Out OxygenOS 16.0.3.501 Update for OnePlus 11R Smartphone, First to Receive the March 2026 Security Patch

OnePlus 11R has now become the first smartphone to receive the March 2026 security patch update, which is now rolling out in the India region with the version number “CPH2487_16.0.3.501(EX01)”. The OxygenOS 16.0.3.501 update not only brings the March security patch for the OnePlus 11R but also improves app categorisation in the drawer mode by adding the “Office” and “Finance” categories, making it easier to find apps.

Apart from this, several privacy-related features have also been added. You will now be able to browse files in Private Safe by sliding the side slider. Along with this, users will also be able to search for files from folders in Private Safe and even share the files stored in Private Safe.

The rollout has just been announced, so it will likely take a week or two to complete. For other regions, it may take some time, and OnePlus hasn’t shared any details on when it will roll out.

OnePlus has also stated that those who face any issues with this update can report them directly through the OnePlus Community App under the “Bug Report” section in their profile. Additionally, users in India can also submit any bugs by dialling *#800# to access the feedback tool.
