With Christmas just a few days away, OnePlus has announced the rollout of the stable OxygenOS 16 update based on Android 16 for the OnePlus 11R and OnePlus Nord 3—almost like an early Christmas present for users. At present, the rollout has been confirmed only for the Indian region. OnePlus has not shared any timeline for other regions yet, so it remains unclear when the update will be available globally.

For OnePlus 11R users, the update arrives with firmware version CPH2487_16.0.1.300(EX01) and has a download size of 3.51GB. Meanwhile, the OnePlus Nord 3 is receiving the update with firmware version CPH2491_16.0.2.400(EX01). As this is the first day of the rollout announcement, it may take one to two weeks for the update to reach all eligible users. Additionally, the update brings the November 2025 Android Security patch for OnePlus 11R users.

Additionally, some OnePlus 11R users have reported that after installing the stable update, they are now able to access 5G++ network support with carrier aggregation. Below, I have included the complete changelog for both the OnePlus 11R and the OnePlus Nord 3.
