OnePlus Pad 2 and OnePlus 12 Receiving March 2026 Update, Nord 4 Gets Second Update This Month

The OnePlus Pad 2 and OnePlus 12 devices have now started receiving the March 2026 security patch update in the Indian region. The brand has also rolled out a second update this month for the OnePlus Nord 4, which had already received the same security patch earlier.

OnePlus Pad 2 and OnePlus 12 – March 2026 Security Patch Update

Starting with the OnePlus Pad 2, it is receiving the OxygenOS 16.0.5.701 update carrying the version number “IN: OPD2403_16.0.5.701(EX01)”. On the other hand, the OnePlus 12 is getting the OxygenOS 16.0.5.702 update with the version number “IN: CPH2573_16.0.5.702(EX01)”.

Looking at the changelog, the OnePlus Pad 2 update only brings the March 2026 Android security patch.

OnePlus 12, on the other hand, along with the March 2026 security patch, also gets a few additional features. The first one is the multiple timer options with an estimated stop time. Secondly, in the Content Portal, App clones support has been added, allowing users to share images, documents, and other files more easily without first downloading them on the device.

Speaking more about this update, there is a Motion Cues feature that has also been added, which can be accessed via Settings > Accessibility & convenience > Motion Cues. Lastly, a toggle off/on switch for the “Automatically open received files” has been introduced, giving users more control over whether files should open automatically upon receiving them.

OnePlus Nord 4 – Second Update in March

Coming to the OnePlus Nord 4, the latest OxygenOS 16.0.5.702 update with the version number “IN: CPH2573_16.0.5.702(EX01)” is now rolling out. As per the changelog, this update only improves the stability and compatibility of network connections.
