The OxygenOS C.17 update that is currently rolling out for the OnePlus Nord N20 5G smartphone is only for users in North America, and the update has a firmware version of CPH2459_11.C.17. As mentioned, the November 2023 Android security patch will be integrated into the device with the update.
This OxygenOS update is also incremental and has only rolled out to a few of the OnePlus Nord N20 5G users. For others, it will be rolled out in the coming days.
