OnePlus Nord 3 Gets OxygenOS 16.0.3.500 Update with Live Alerts Capsule Fix, February 2026 Security Patch and More

Feb is over, but OnePlus has now announced the rollout of the OxygenOS 16.0.3.500 update for OnePlus Nord 3 users in the India region. This rollout is happening with the version number “CPH2491_16.0.3.500(EX01)”, and since the rollout has just been announced, it may take some time for it to reach all users.

The update not only brings the February 2026 Android Security Patch, but also some key bug fixes, such as the Live Alerts capsule in the status bar that might flicker when you open Quick Settings from the upper-right corner of the screen and then close it. Along with this, another issue that has been resolved is that some users faced problems while unlocking their smartphones with the password or fingerprint sensor.

Furthermore, it also improves the overall system performance. This release is meant for users who have upgraded to OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16. So if you haven’t updated your smartphone, you will not be able to receive it.

In other OnePlus news, we spotted the upcoming OnePlus Watch 4 on the Elements certification, which revealed 10W fast wired charging support. As per what has been revealed so far, the smartwatch is going to be launched as the Oppo Watch X3 as well.
