OnePlus, as it does every month, has now announced the rollout of the SOTA (Software Over The Air) OxygenOS B30P01 January update for eligible OnePlus smartphones. In its official announcement, OnePlus states that this update introduces more user-friendly features to Private Safe, along with further optimisations to overall OxygenOS performance and system stability.
The company also confirms that the rollout began on the 19th January, and is expected to be completed by 5th of February.
OnePlus further informs that users will not need to wait for a phased rollout, as this update is available for all eligible devices at once. Users can simply head to Settings > About Device > OxygenOS Card to check for the update. If available, download and install it by following the on-screen instructions.
For OnePlus smartphones, the update is being pushed with the version number “B30P01(BRB1EX01)”, while for OnePlus tablets, the version number is “B30P01(BRB3EX01)”.
OnePlus has also shared the list of eligible devices for this update. Interestingly, devices like the OnePlus Nord 2 5G, OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G, and OnePlus Nord CE 5G are also receiving this update, even though they are still running OxygenOS 13 based on Android 13.
