The Chinese smartphone manufacturer, OnePlus, yesterday officially announced that Gemini is coming to Mind Space in the upcoming OxygenOS 16.

As can be seen in the above teaser image, users could ask Gemini to plan a trip by taking relevant details directly from the Mind Space app, which will reduce the need to manually search through stored items.
Gemini assistant will be able to access user-saved content from the Mind Space hub with the company’s Plus Mind feature. It will be able to extract useful information like dates and suggest calendar events. Gemini will search your saved stuff in natural language via AI Search.
It is announced that Mind Space in the Gemini app will be available on OnePlus flagship devices with OxygenOS 16. This could probably mean that we may first get to see this enhanced AI capability in the upcoming OnePlus 15 smartphone, which is teased to launch soon in the Indian market.
For now, the official release date for OxygenOS 16 is under wraps, but the company is expected to announce the release date and tease some more features of this latest custom skin in the coming days.
