Samsung Rolls Out the IMS Service Update for One UI 8 Beta Running Devices in South Korea

As mentioned Samsung’s IMS or IP Multimedia Subsystem service update is currently being provided for One UI 8 beta running devices in the brand’s home market (South Korea), and it has a total size of 110.0 MB. The new service update is believed to improve the high quality voice and video calling experience as well as the RCS mobile messaging to Galaxy devices. Do note that if users aren’t connected to a WiFi network, they may acquire data charges. Also, if users are on a call, the update will either be put as pending or call interruptions may be experienced while updating.

In the global market too, Samsung is expected to make the IMS service update soon available. Galaxy smartphone users can look out for any Phone app update, via which they will be receiving the IMS service update.

In related news, Samsung just recently introduced its Galaxy Book4 Edge AI PC in the Indian market, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon X processor and Microsoft Copilot+. It is currently available for purchase in the country at a special launch price of INR 64,990, which can be reduced to an effective price of INR 59,990 with the bank cashback. Do check it out.
