Nothing Phone (2a) Plus Gets 259MB Nothing OS V3.2-250731-1640 Update with Camera Enhancements, Bug Fixes and August 2025 Security Patch
Nothing, which recently released the August 2025 update for the Nothing Phone (3), is now rolling out a new update for the Nothing Phone (2a) Plus. The Nothing OS V3.2-250731-1640 update is about 259 MB in size and is currently in the rollout phase, meaning some users may receive it early. If you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry, it should arrive on your phone in the coming days.
This update not only fixes various issues but also improves camera stability. It introduces several camera enhancements, including a new option in the Camera app settings to select the default album for preview images, along with overall stability improvements.
Additionally, it brings general improvements and bug fixes, such as resolving an issue that caused rapid battery drain when certain watches were connected to the phone and fixing Telegram Bluetooth call abnormalities when paired with some watches and earbuds.
The update also addresses display issues affecting text in apps like Instagram, Subito, and similar platforms when using the Inter font. Furthermore, it includes the August 2025 security patch for enhanced system security.
