Nothing OS 4.0 stable update released for Nothing Phone (2a), Nothing Phone (2) and Nothing Phone (2a) Plus

The UK-based tech company Nothing started the general release of its latest Nothing OS 4.0 custom skin based on Android 16 last week, and the eligible devices were said to receive this upgrade soon. Yesterday, Nothing OS 4.0 was officially released for Nothing Phone (2), Nothing Phone (2a), and Nothing Phone (2a) Plus devices.

For Nothing Phone (2), the update arrives with firmware version B4.0-251119-1654, for Phone (2a)- B4.0-251120-1747, and for Phone (2a) Plus- B4.0-251120-1812.

Users are advised to back up their data before proceeding with the upgrade. Do note that the device may temporarily heat up and increase power consumption during the update and will quickly return to normal after the process is complete.
