Infinix XOS 16 was announced alongside the Infinix Note Edge on January 19th, making the Note Edge the first smartphone to debut with Android 16. While the company has still not confirmed a timeline for the rollout of the XOS 16 update based on Android 16, Infinix has now listed its key features on the official Infinix India website.
Here is more to it.
Infinix XOS 16 Features revealed
According to the website, XOS 16 brings a refreshed and more expressive user interface, featuring redesigned icons and a new Glow Space design that adds greater depth across the system. The update also introduces smoother animations through Liquid Motion and improved visual layering with Natural Depth, resulting in a more fluid on-screen experience. Personalisation is a major focus this time, with users able to customise their screens more deeply and convert photos into 3D-style wallpapers using the Self Portrait feature.
XOS 16 also adds creative tools such as Anime & Doodle, which allow users to transform photos into playful artistic styles, along with an AI Theme Generator for instant theme creation. Additionally, the update introduces Depth of Field effects to create cinematic-style wallpapers, keeping subjects sharp while softly blurring the background.
