Honor Starts Rolling Out its MagicOS November 2025 Upgrade in China

The Chinese consumer electronics brand – Honor has started to roll out its MagicOS November 2025 upgrade for users in its home market. Many feature additions and optimizations are part of this upgrade.

Honor’s MagicOS November 2025 Upgrade Now Rolling Out in China

The MagicOS November 2025 upgrade that is now being rolled out in the Chinese region, brings changelogs such as a new photo-based quiz, calorie recognition, JD.com’s food delivery, Gaode Maps support on walking/cycling navigation, motion sickness relief display prompt, added intelligent memory organization, optimized layout and visual effects for the product detail page, upgraded collection animation, drag and drop support on product detail page and large image preview page, improved search performance, YOYO support for replying with images/videos/other formats (for laptop), ‘Guess What You Want’ function in YOYO Assistant (for laptop), real-time speech-to-text conversion during meeting, added screen recognition capability, and whitelist feature with 8 anthropomorphic voices.

In terms of its connectivity features, upgraded device cloning speed with over 200% increased iOS wireless cloning speed, keyboard + mouse + screen network sharing with a single command, new LeBao wireless screen casting protocol for easy screen casting to all smart TVs, and remote searching and downloading from other devices under the same account are being offered. On the productivity side, added home screen capabilities, free image to docs function, full text translation function, and more. Phone number recognition, express delivery tracking and shipping services, WPS online documentation link recognition, added headphone charging and screen recording reminders on Lingdong Capsule, smart mini window interaction experience, floating window hotspot adjustment are also other new features.

Coming to the camera features, optimized night scene/telephoto clarity, optimized stage mode effects, optimized focus performances, optimized color reproduction accuracy, optimized skin tone accuracy and brightness stability in portraits, color-tracking watermark, AiMAGE watermark, and city watermark are added. Features like long clock on home screen, video wallpapers, ‘Shake it Up’ interactive theme, Honor theme homepage skin refresh, enter edit mode, upgrade control center, and optimized status bar notifications are also there.

AI anti-fraud features, AI anti-fraud protection, WeChat unistallation reinforcement, unread marking for important notifications, custom letter space support, clipboard optimization, word segmentation support, predictive text output support, optimized translation pop-up animation, optimized landscape interface, more visible Wubi keyboard style, more alarm clock settings, added 14 units conversions, added personal hotspot hiding function, added Chinese calendar card, layout adjustments for easy app searching, revamped Weather page and animations, screen-off background function, improved overall device smoothness, and many more features are also part of the changelogs.

About the upgrade plan, it will be rolled out as batches of three: to MagicOS 10 launched devices, its first batch upgrade devices, and the second batch upgrade devices. The eligible models include:
