Google Now Rolling Out the July 2025 Software Update for its Android 16-Running Pixel Devices: Display, Graphics, and WiFi Related Improvements

The California-based tech maker – Google has now announced the roll-out of the monthly July 2025 software update and it is now rolling out for Pixel devices that are running on the latest Android 16 operating system. In addition to security enhancements, the update brings a few improvements too.

As mentioned, only Google’s Pixel smartphone and tablet devices running on the Android 16 operating system are eligible to receive the July 2025 software update, and it will be bringing certain bug fixes and improvements. On the display and graphics side, the visual experience in apps like Android Auto has been made smoother. The WiFi connectivity performance and stability have also received significant improvements.

In related news, Google just recently expanded its Veo 3 access to 70+ additional countries for its Google AI Pro users. Notably, India, France, Italy, and many more countries were given the Veo 3 access. Also to note, it was reported that OpenAI does not have any plans to deploy the in-house chips from Google, and will still continue using NVIDIA GPUs.
