[Update – OnePlus 13 Global Variat also added] Both OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13s Now Receiving OxygenOS 16.0.1.304 and 16.0.1.303 Updates in India
Updated on 18th November 2025: As per the official announcement, OnePlus 13 users in the global region should also expect this update soon, as the rollout has now been confirmed for the global market by OnePlus.

At the beginning of November, OnePlus started rolling out the stable OxygenOS 16 update for the OnePlus 13 and 13S smartphones in India. Now, not even a month later, the company has released another update for both devices. The OnePlus 13 is receiving the OxygenOS 16.0.1.304 build, while the OnePlus 13S is getting OxygenOS 16.0.1.303.
As usual, the rollout has begun in India first, with other regions expected to follow soon, although OnePlus has not announced timelines for these regions yet. The OnePlus 13S, however, is exclusive to the Indian market, so its update will only be available in India.
The firmware version for the OnePlus 13 is IN: CPH2649_16.0.1.304(EX01), and for the OnePlus 13S it is IN: CPH2723_16.0.1.303(EX01). Since the rollout has only just been announced, it may take some time before it reaches all users, as the update is being released in batches. This update includes several bug fixes for both smartphones, and interestingly, both devices share the exact same changelog.
The community post also mentions that if you are still on OxygenOS 15, you must update to OxygenOS 16 in order to receive this new version. In my experience, you can also use the OxygenOS Updater app, which I sometimes use myself, if the automatic update does not appear for you.
