Opera has just unveiled the “Opera One”, which is an early access version of the redesigned browser that the company plans to introduce late this year and which will replace the current flagship browser. Opera One

Opera One, the early access version of the company’s redesigned browser, has a modular design and is designed to provide its users with a more liquid and effortless browsing experience. The new web browser also incorporates existing AI chatbots including ChatGPT and ChatSonic along with an AI prompt feature, and has left a lot of space for future AI-based features and extensions, both in its sidebar and address bar. The browser has also laid the foundation for the AI services that the company is currently working on.

As mentioned earlier, the newly unveiled web browser, Opera One will be the first major Chromium-based browser with a multithreaded compositor to give its users a super smooth UI experience. The modular design principles have also given the browser the space to implement more features, distinguishing Opera One from other Chromium-based browsers.

One of the notable things about the web browser is its tab management functionality. Opera has introduced something called “Tab Islands” on its browser, allowing its user to organize and group tabs. This helps its users to group similar tabs together allowing them to open and collapse them as per their needs, creating a more cleaner and clutter-free appearance.

The company plans to unveil the full version of the browser late this year, and the newly redesigned browser is to replace the current flagship browser of the company that is currently available on Linux, Windows, and MacOS.
