Sony has launched its latest thermo device kit REON Pocket 5 today. Its predecessor has received an overwhelming response in Japan and Hong Kong and now the company wants to test it for other markets. Along with Japan and Hong Kong, the new Reon Pocket 5 will also be available this time in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the United Kingdom.
This device rests at the back of the neck and keeps the body surface in contact cool or warm. The recent model comes with an enlarged thermo module, and a newly structured heat dissipation area for improved cooling efficiency and airflow. It is said to have got five cool levels and its battery is promised to run up to 1.8 times longer thus making it a perfect companion.
The Reon Pocket 5 comes with the Reon Pocket Tag that has sensors intelligently monitoring the temperature and directing the Reon Pocket 5 accordingly. The Reon Pocket 5 can be used with two new air vent covers thus making it suitable for different outfits.
There is also a dedicated case designed to keep the Reon Pocket safe from external shocks. You also get the space to keep a Reon Pocket Tag, USB Cable, and air vent covers in this dedicated compact case. This compact case is compatible with all previous-generation models. As far as availability is concerned the Reon Pocket 5 will be available in Singapore from May 2024 and it will later reach Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.

It is currently available for sale in Japan with a price tag of 17,600 yen (Approx. $113.13).
