As we all are waiting for Apple Watch Series 7, we have gathered a small review for our audience.

The Apple Watch Series 7 was supposed to feature a larger battery capacity than the previous model, which had the same “all-day” battery life but a larger display. iFixit has now confirmed the presence of a larger battery within the wearable in a new deconstruction video.

The Apple Watch Series 7 41mm variation has a 6.8% larger battery, whereas the Apple Watch Series 7 45mm variant has a 1.6 percent larger battery, as shown in the video. This year, Apple increased the battery capacity of its entire iPhone 13 lineup.

Apart from that, the Apple Watch Series 7 comes with a new display that, although being larger, is said to be easier to use thanks to the company’s new OLED display with an integrated touch panel. This functionality was also found in the iPhone 13 series this year. This also means that the display, like the Taptic motor and battery, can be replaced out easily.

The new display technology is also thought to be the cause of the Apple Watch Series 7’s delay. The delays, according to iFixit, could have been caused by production issues with the new screen.

“Screens feature some of the industry’s most complicated supply chains and assembly procedures. According to the research, “the introduction of this new technology, together with pushing the boundaries of border design, certainly caused delays in getting the Series 7 to market.”

In India, the Apple Watch Series 7 starts at Rs 41,900 and is available in a variety of colors and sizes. More information regarding the wearable may be found here.
