The Samsung Galaxy S20 series smartphone has been facing a lot of issues regarding its software, camera and its display. Now a user has shared another issue with the smartphone.

After the updation to the firmware version of SM-G781B, the user has had difficulties in sending and receiving data through 4G or 5G connection even if it shows that the device is connected with the network.

It is not sure whether the update is the Android 13 update or an Android security patch update. However, another user has come forward to say that he has also faced similar issues with his Samsung Galaxy S20 smartphone.

The user also clarified that the problem is with the device because when the sim was removed and inserted into his Galaxy S10 smartphone, the problem was resolved.

Samsung should definitely look into it and must ensure that its smartphones never face an issue in the future with its software updates.
