Mobile case for Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 leaked online, design of the camera module confirmed ahead of it’s launch

Many smartphone brands have started introducing their foldable smartphones or have already launched their foldable devices. The brands mainly compare their devices with Samsung’s foldable devices as Samsung was the first ever brand to gain popularity in the foldable phones segment. Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 were the two foldable devices that were on the top of the list of best foldable. Since many brands have started introducing their foldable phones which are claimed to be better than the one Samsung has introduced, the tech giant will now be arriving with the successors of its foldable devices.

Reportedly, Samsung will be unveiling Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 in the month of July. As the upcoming devices are nearing their launch, they have been part of many rumors and online leaks due to which many users and tech enthusiasts do have an idea that what these devices will be offering to their users. We recently shared with you the 5K renders and 360-degree video of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 which revealed the design changes. Now recently tipster @UniverseIce has revealed on Twitter the mobile case of the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5.

The tipster has basically compared the mobile cases of the upcoming device with its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 4. In the leaked image the design of the camera module of Galaxy Z Fold 5 has been showcased. It will be having a pill-shaped cutout for the camera module which is a bit different in size when compared with Galaxy Z Fold 4. The LED flash module which is not present in the mobile case of Galaxy Z Fold 4 can also be seen next to the camera module. Further, the tipster has also mentioned that the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will arrive with an unchanged external screen and might have the same external screen as its predecessor.

Galaxy Z Fold 5: Specifications (expected)

The foldable device is expected to sport a 7.6-inch foldable QHD+ AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, while there will be 6.2inch OLED cover display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. As per Geekbench listing it might get powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor which could be paired with 12GB RAM and up to 1TB internal storage.

It is likely to house a 4400mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging as revealed by the 3C certification website. The device is supposed to pack up a triple rear camera setup that includes 50MP main camera, 12MP ultra-wide camera, and 10MP telephoto camera. Along with this, it could also feature 12MP front camera.
