A New Nokia Device Appears on the FCC Certification Website: Here’s What We Know

A new Nokia device has been spotted on the FCC certification website. Some of its specifications have also been revealed with the certification it has received.

Upcoming Nokia Device Receives FCC Certification

We have now received a new update that an upcoming Nokia device with a model number of TA-1545 has received the FCC certification with an FCC ID of 2AJOTTA-1545.

From the certification it has received, it has been confirmed that the upcoming device will be a 4G device and will support 2G, 3G and 4G network connectivity.

Along with the mobile device, few other accessories were also tested. A battery with a model number of BL-L5H, charging adaptor with a model number of AC-18U, USB cable with a model number of SAT-A002A and an earphone with a model number of WH-108 were tested.

It has also been revealed that the device will have a 1400 mAh battery backup as well. Nokia’s AC-18U travel wall charger which was tested has a micro USB connector at its end and this has again confirms that the upcoming device will have a micro-USB charging port.

The Nokia device will also come equipped with the Unisoc UM9117 chipset and is a cheaper option for a chipset. This indicates that the device will be a budget mobile device.

To add, the previously launched Nokia 225 4G also comes with the same chipset and is priced at Rs. 3,749 on the brand’s official website.

We aren’t clear about the moniker of the upcoming Nokia device but with more updates in the future, we’ll be able to find it out.

Let’s also look at the specifications of the Nokia 225 4G handset

Nokia 225 4G was launched in 2020 on the 17th of October and as mentioned is a 4G device. It is equipped with the Unisoc UMS9117 chipset and features a TFT LCD LCD display with a screen size of 2.4 inches and a screen resolution of 240 x 320 pixels.

The device also has a 0.3MP camera on its rear and supports Bluetooth version 5.0. It is also backed by an 1150 mAh battery and comes in three color choices – Black, Classic Blue, and Metallic Sand.

The Nokia 225 4G mobile device originally has a list price of Rs. 4,399 but is now priced at Rs. 3,749 on Nokia’s official website.
