Maruti Suzuki ‘ENGAGE’ allegedly spotted during a test drive

Maruti Suzuki has lined up the launch of the new MVP, ‘Engage’ on 5 July. In a recent development, the Engage MVP was spotted doing a test drive outside one of Maruti’s plants.

Previously, we covered the specs and features of ‘Engage’ when the launch date was announced.

The leaked test drive shots leave us with new speculations. Although the car was heavily camouflaged, the person shooting the video spotted H26 on the nameplate. This nameplate is used by Maruti.

Conclusions can be drawn that although the car, alleged to be Engage, had a similar lamp design as the Innova Hycross, it is also partly similar to the Baleno. Adding to it, the alloy wheel design is not exactly similar to the Innova Hycross.

We already reported earlier about the expected interior and exterior features. In recent developments, rumors state noticing JBL sound system, panoramic sunroof, powered tailgate, Ottoman seats, ADAS, etc.

Maruti, is a company that has always manufactured cars that the average car-driving man can afford. However, as a car manufacturing company, they also had to show high-end premium cars, keeping in mind the dynamic market maturity.

This led them to manufacture premium cars. They started off with the Grand Vitara and are now on their way to launch the MVP Engage. So far reports have expressed that ‘Engage’ would be a rebadging of Innova HyCross but with a lot of new, additional, and enhanced features.
