Realme 15 5G and 16 Pro 5G tipped to get a ₹3,000 price hike, while the 16 Pro+ could see a ₹4,000 increase

We have already heard multiple reports suggesting that smartphones are set to become more expensive in 2026. Recently, it was reported that Samsung has increased the prices of its Galaxy A and F series smartphones. Now, Realme could be planning a similar move, if a new tip from Abhishek Yadav is to be believed.

Realme 15 5G and Realme 16 Pro 5G Series  – Price Hike

Tipster Abhishek Yadav, in a post on X, shared an image suggesting a price hike across Realme 15 5G and Realme 16 Pro 5G Series smartphones in India. According to the image, the Realme 15 5G and Realme 16 Pro 5G are set to get a ₹3,000 price hike, while the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G could see a price hike of ₹4,000 across all memory variants. The poster appears to be meant for offline retail stores and is expected to reach online platforms such as Flipkart and Amazon as well. The date mentioned on the page for the revised pricing to take effect is February 11th, 2026.

This aligns with what Realme’s Product Marketing Head, Francis Wong, had shared back in November last year, when he said that smartphone prices would go up in 2026 due to rising costs of upstream memory components.

For now, Realme has not commented on the reported price hike. Whether the revised pricing will remain limited to offline stores or also apply to online platforms is still unclear.
