Recently we have seen a surge in bank scams, however this time it’s an axis bank employee himself. We have talked with one of the customers from Axis Bank who recently got duped by the executive.
So here is the story of one of the sad customers who faced the wrath of an Axis Bank employee. The employee in question works at the East Patel Nagar New Delhi branch. The executive was called in for an account opening by the customer to his place. When the executive was told that the account needs to be opened asap, so the executive replied yes it will be done asap. However, the account was never opened in the said timeline, and because of which the customer simply denied it and asked the executive not to deposit the cheque.
But here is the twist, the executive was called and told not to deposit the cheque, however, the cheque was presented after 13 days. When the customer called and asked him why did he do that, his answer was nothing but some lame excuses. The incident has been closed but we now have this question in mind that what is Axis Bank doing nowadays to fraud customers. Either they have been hardened that nothing will happen or they have some other things in their mind.
