For the holiday season this year, Microsoft has come up with a cute and interesting Copilot feature for its global users. The company has launched a new festive personality for Copilot- Mico is now officially in Eggnog Mode.

In the above video, it is shown how Mico transforms from a yellow avatar into a Santa-hatted, eggnog-inspired figure by a virtual fireplace. This new character is said to enhance the seasonal joy among users with added festive animations, giggles, and themed responses. The Eggnog Mode is now live in the US, UK, and Canada and is only available for the holidays. Users can activate this mode via a snowman icon in the Copilot app.
Microsoft introduced Mico in October 2025 for Copilot voice mode. This AI Character is expressive, customizable, and even changes colours to reflect your interactions, making voice conversations feel more natural.
And now with this all-new Eggnog mode, Mico will be giving a more seasonal vibe and is expected to increase user engagement over the platform with its cute tactics. Users online are already gushing over Mico in Eggnog mode.
