Apple Vision Pro gets a new immersive update that puts users inside the Hogwarts Great Hall
To all the Harry Potter fans out there, ever wondered what it feels like to roam around the Hogwarts Great Hall? The place where many iconic scenes have taken place. Well, HBO is now making this possible for the Apple Vision Pro users.
Apple Vision Pro received a new HBO Max app update that lets users step into the Hogwarts Great Hall. The update comes with Day and Night modes. In daylight, the Great Hall shows off its towering ceilings and long banquet tables, while in night mode, the space glows with floating candles and ambient sound effects taken straight from the films.
Tipster Ben Geskin has also shared the visuals of this new environment via the X platform.

To use it, subscribers need HBO Max version 6.2.0 and visionOS 2.6 or later. Apple Vision Pro owners can download the update right now and explore the hall at their own pace.
This is not the first time that HBO has built such an environment for Vision Pro. Previously, the Game of Thrones environment was rolled out for the users.
It is said that the success of the Great Hall could open the door for other projects as well, like a Quidditch pitch or the Forbidden Forest. For now, HBO is giving a chance to Harry Potter fans to revisit one of the most famous settings of the movie.
