Samsung introduces a new motion sickness app- Hearapy

Are you also someone who goes through motion sickness while travelling in a car or during mountain journeys? If yes, then Samsung’s new app might bring relief to your problem.
The South Korean tech giant has quietly introduced a new motion sickness app called Hearapy. The app is available to download for Android users via the Google Play Store.
More about the Hearapy app
The app plays a 1000Hz sine tone that stimulates your sense of balance and helps you feel better on the go. All you need to do is download the app, switch on your Buds, and travel with greater ease.
According to Samsung, just 60 seconds of a pure 100Hz sine tone can significantly reduce travel sickness, with the effect lasting up to 2 hours. It is recommended to set it to a volume of around 85dB. With built-in timer and adjustable volume controls, you can fine-tune the tone to what feels right for you.
The targeted stimulation of the balance organ in the inner ear helps your body reconcile conflicting sensory signals, completely medication-free. In the Play Store listing, the company has mentioned that with the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and the Hearapy app, travelling becomes more relaxing.
Though the app is compatible with non-Galaxy buds as well, it is unclear whether the app is perfectly tuned for Buds 4 Pro or if the effect is equally efficient on any headset that can clearly render a 100Hz sine wave.
