Perplexity CEO reveals a new Discover page interface on the web; A new Wallet widget also proposed for Comet browser

Perplexity AI has been bringing up new innovations and features to enhance the user experience and let the users explore the world of AI with ease. Last week, the company introduced its first AI-powered web browser- Comet. Comet is available to users subscribed to Perplexity’s Max plan, while a small group of invitees who joined the waitlist will also get early access. A broader rollout may follow in the coming months.

Perplexity CEO, Aravind Srinivas, yesterday showcased a freshly cooked Discover Page interface on the web that includes AI-driven news and stock-related information.

With Perplexity Discover, users will be able to stay informed on the biggest stories happening around the world across tech, finance, sports, entertainment, and more.

In another X post, the CEO has also proposed a Wallet Widget for the Comet browser’s New Tab page. The Wallet is suggested to track all your subscriptions, credit card balances, commerce spend across merchants, bank statements, etc. Meanwhile, it also said to provide a shared card that you and your agent can use for any transactions online.
