Google’s Workspace Studio – Officially Introduced for All Paid Users

The Google Workspace Studio has been introduced as an automation tool which will let its users to design, manage, as well as share AI agents. It will be making use of the Gemini 3’s multi-modal understanding capabilities, and the AI agents created can be used for automating various tasks following the ‘If Then > Then That’ format. Also to note, these models won’t be general-purpose models, but will be able to fulfill the assigned task in the most efficient manner possible.

As noted by the brand, the biggest advantage of the Workspace Studio is that, users don’t have to rely on codes, but can create the agents simply using natural language prompts. These prompts can be typed-in on the Gemini text box, or they can even start with the templates given on the platform. To add, the AI agents that users make with the Google Workspace Studio will be accessible across the brands services like Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chats, and more. The AI agents will also be operable on Asana, MailChimp, Jira, and Saleforce too.

About its availability, over the next few weeks, it will reach Enterprise clients initially. Afterwards, it will also be brought to other paid users (Business and Enterprise – Starter, Standard, Plus; Education – Fundamentals, Standard, and Plus; Google AI Pro for Education; and AI Ultra for Business).
