Google Discover allows users to catch up with personalized content like articles, videos, and news based on users’ interests. Google is now introducing new content, formats, and features on Discover so that you can easily explore content from your favorite creators and publishers, whenever they post.

Find more types of content from platforms you love

In the coming weeks, you will start to see more types of content in Discover from publishers and creators across the web, such as posts from X and Instagram, and YouTube Shorts, with more platforms to come. You can catch up with all the articles, videos, and social posts, especially from many different sources and platforms.

Follow publishers and creators on Discover

You will now be able to personalize Discover with more content from your favorite publishers and creators. You can follow publishers or creators right on Discover to see more of their content. You can preview a publisher or creator’s content, including articles, YouTube videos, and posts from social channels, before you follow.

Just tap their name to find a new, dedicated space for their content. Make sure you are signed in to your Google Account.

These features are released so that publishers and creators can reach their audience in Search. Just to recall, previously, Google also introduced the ability to choose preferred news sources in Top stories.
