SanDisk Announces Extreme Fit Drive, the World’s Smallest 1TB USB-C Flash Drive, in India
SanDisk officially introduced the world’s smallest 1TB USB-C flash drive globally in November last year. The company has now launched the same in the Indian market.

Starting with the design, it features an ultra-compact “leave-in” design measuring just 0.73″ x 0.54″ x 0.63″ and weighing only 3 grams. This allows users to keep it plugged into a laptop or tablet through a USB-C port without taking up much space around it.
The drive is available in multiple storage options: 64GB, 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. With USB 3.2 Gen 1 performance, it offers data transfer speeds of up to 400MB/s read for the 128GB to 1TB variants, while the 64GB variant supports up to 300MB/s read speeds.
In terms of compatibility, it supports Windows 10 or later, macOS 12 or later, and iPadOS 15 or later. It also supports file backup and management through the SanDisk Memory Zone app for Windows and Mac. Speaking more about this, through the app, users can also do automatic backups as well.
