Samsung Introduces its 9100 PRO Series SSDs With 8TB Higher Storage Capacity in the United States: Now Available for Pre-Order
The South Korean consumer electronics maker – Samsung has introduced its new 8TB 9100 PRO and 8TB 9100 PRO with Heatsink SSDs and both of these are now made available for pre-order in the US market. Notably, these new SSDs are revealed to deliver twice the read and write speeds when compared with the predecessors, and the 8TB capacity provides more added storage space.

Samsung 8TB 9100 PRO and 8TB 9100 PRO With Heatsink SSDs Introduced in US
With the aim of offering next generation performance and ultimate storage solutions, two new 9100 PRO series drives with higher 8TB storage support have been introduced by Samsung. The 9100 PRO SSD has the PCIe 5.0 support, and it is thus capable of achieving up to 14,800/13,400 MB/s sequential read/write speeds that reach up to 2,200K/2,600K IOPS. Also, the advanced 5nm controller enables the driver to consume less power, while the 9100 PRO with Heatsink again offers an added thermal control for a stable performance. A 49% enhanced power efficiency is what makes the latest 9100 PRO series SSDs to stand out from their predecessors.
Now with the 8TB capacity, Samsung’s 9100 PRO series SSDs will be able to access more storage and the new SSDs will thus be capable of delivering a higher benchmark performance. Additionally, the Samsung Magician Software provides added capabilities such as data protection, timely firm update notifications, and more.
