PS5 Horror Lineup for 2025 and Beyond Launch Time Frames Announced: Six Titles for This Year Itself
Sony PlayStation has now announced its hottest list of horror titles that are coming this year in 2025 and beyond. Notably, a total of eleven horror titles are revealed to be on their way, while one is already available.

PS5 Upcoming Horror Titles Launch Time Frames Announced
This time, Sony PlayStation is planning to start the release of its latest horror titles before the 2025 Halloween hits in October 2025. A total of twelve titles are part of Sony PlayStation’s list and they will be made available for PS5 users. Also, among the twelve, the Tripwire Interactive’s Killing Floor 3 was released last month on the 24th of July 2025 and it is available now.
About Killing Floor 3, gamers can gather a team of up to four members or play solo by taking up the role of one of the six specialists, and fight monstrous Zeds with weapons. Next month in September 2025, Bloober Team’s Cronos: The New Dawn, Techland’s Dying Light: The Beast, and Konami Digital Entertainment’s Silent Hill f are respectively scheduled to launch on the 5th, 19th, and 25th of September 2025. While the first two are combat and fighting games, the latter will take gamers through psychological horrors with action.
On 10th October 2025, Little Nightmares 3 from Bandai Namco Games will be brought out to PlayStation as a cult classic horror adventure game with duo adventurers. Also, Crisol: Theater of Idols from Blumhouse Games has its launch time frame in 2025 itself (~ date not yet declared), and this will again be a horror title set in an alternate universe featuring a realm of twisted devotion and idolatry.
Capcom’s Resident Evil Requiem (27th February 2026), THQ Nordic’s Reanimal (2026), Epic Games’ End of Abyss (2026), SuperMassive Games’ Directive 8020 (2026), Team Clout’s ILL (launch time frame to be declared), and Saber Interactive’s Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival are the other upcoming game titles coming on a later period.
