PlayStation has just revealed the PlayStation Plus Monthly Games lineup for August 2024. This time, PS is offering subscribers three titles: Lies of P, Day Z, and My Hero One’s Justice 2. Starting from August 5, these games will be available for active PlayStation Plus members on both PS4 and PS5 platforms (Premium, Extra, and Essential subscribers). This update also comes alongside special rewards as part of PlayStation Plus’s 15th anniversary.
Lies of P offers a darker twist on the tale of Pinocchio, immersing players in a haunting, Belle Époque-inspired city teeming with sinister puppets. This action role-playing game challenges you with strategic combat, customizable weapons, and a story woven around deception and difficult choices. For those who enjoy survival games, Day Z delivers a demanding multiplayer adventure set in a post-apocalyptic world where up to 60 players compete across sprawling maps like Chernarus and Livonia. The stakes are high—there are no checkpoints, so each defeat means starting fresh. Rounding out the lineup, My Hero One’s Justice 2 is a fast-paced 3D fighting game perfect for anime fans, letting you battle in dynamic arenas as iconic characters wielding their unique Quirks.

Alongside this exciting lineup of games, PlayStation Plus is marking its 15th anniversary with a special set of commemorative avatars. Inspired by fan-favorite titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Hogwarts Legacy, Diablo IV, God of War Ragnarök, and Twisted Metal, these unique avatars will be available for PlayStation Plus members to claim at no extra cost starting August 5.
Players have until August 4 to add July’s titles: Diablo IV, The King of Fighters XV, and Jusant, to their collection. You can access all these games, and anniversary avatars are available through active PlayStation Plus memberships.
