OPPO Watch S Also Confirmed to Debut on 16th October 2025 in China, Alongside the Find X9 Series: Teased to Feature a Thin and Light-Weight Design
One among the leading China-based consumer electronics maker – OPPO will be officially releasing its Android 16-based ColorOS 16 on the 15th of October 2025 at the ODC 25 event in China and a day later, the brand’s latest Find X9 series is scheduled to have its debut in the country. Just recently, the OPPO Pad 5 tablet was spotted on the Geekbench database, and this device was tipped to launch next month alongside the upcoming flagship smartphones.
While the brand hasn’t yet confirmed the launch date for the OPPO Pad 5, it has now announced that the OPPO Watch S smartwatch will have its debut next month in China – on the same day that the Find X9 series is set to break its cover. Teaser images and videos pointing out the thin and light-weight form factor design of OPPO’s Watch S smartwatch have also been shared via the brand’s Weibo handle.

OPPO Watch S – Debuting on 16th October 2025 in China
As per what has been teased, the OPPO Watch S will be featuring an extremely thin design, and it will additionally be light in weight as well. The teasers suggest that it could have a circular dial shape, and at the right we are able to spot a rotatable crown as well as a functional key. Also, it is revealed to come with braided cloth straps (in Olive Green color) as well.
Regarding its launch (global launch as mentioned on Weibo*) the brand has noted that it will be unveiled in the Chinese market next month on the 16th of October 2025. The tagline – ‘Thin, Really Thin’ (translated*) has also been used to tease this upcoming device.

In related news, previously OPPO’s Watch S with the model number of ‘OWWE262’ was also spotted on the IMDA certification database, thereby confirming its arrival in the global market (in Singapore*).
