Apple officially introduces Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch SE 3 and Apple Watch Ultra 3 in global as well as Indian market

Yesterday at its Awe Dropping event, Apple introduced some of its latest smartwatches, including Apple Watch Series 11, Apple Watch SE 3, and Apple Watch Ultra 3.

Apple Watch Series 11

Features

This smartwatch series is available in aluminum and titanium case options. It offers up to 24 hours of battery life. With the help of fast charging support, users can enjoy 8 hours of battery life with just 15 minutes of charging.

Coming to its design, the cover glass of the aluminum models of Apple Watch Series 11 offers 2x more scratch resistance. Made from a unique Ion-X glass, a custom proprietary glass that is already the toughest in the industry, the display is now treated with a breakthrough Apple-designed ceramic coating. Meanwhile, the titanium models continue to have a sapphire front crystal, covering the display.

With a cellular plan, Apple Watch users can take calls, send messages, and even get help from emergency services when their iPhone isn’t with them. Apple Watch now offers 5G cellular capabilities, so music, podcasts, and apps download faster. This series also features a redesigned cellular antenna to cover more bands, and simultaneously engages the two system antennas when needed, significantly increasing the signal strength.

Apple Watch Series 11 introduces groundbreaking hypertension notifications that can alert users if signs of chronic high blood pressure or hypertension are detected. While hypertension notifications will not detect all instances of hypertension, with the reach of Apple Watch, the feature is expected to notify over 1 million people with undiagnosed hypertension within the first year. This feature will be made available in more than 150 countries and regions, including the US and the EU, this month.

With WatchOS 26, Apple Watch Series 11 will provide users with their sleep score based on their sleep quality. The powerful set of health features available includes irregular rhythm notifications, high and low heart rate notifications, ECG app, Blood Oxygen, sleep apnea notifications, and retrospective ovulation estimates. Apple Watch Series 11 features Workout Buddy, which analyzes a user’s workout data and fitness history to deliver personalized, spoken motivation throughout their session.

Workout Buddy will be available starting in English across some of the most popular workout types, and is available on Apple Watch with Bluetooth headphones, with an Apple Intelligence-supported iPhone nearby.

WatchOS 26 brings various intelligence and personalized features for this series, like a new software design with Liquid glass, redesigned watch gallery with two new watch faces (Flow, Exactograph), wrist-flick gesture, smart stack hints, live translation, Notes app, hold assist, and call screening.

Apple Watch Series 11 is available in 42mm and 46mm sizes in jet black, rose gold, silver, and new space gray aluminum cases. While the series is also available in polished titanium in natural, gold, and slate. Apple Watch Ultra 3

Features

The display of this smartwatch incorporates Apple’s most advanced display technology with LTPO3 and wide-angle OLEDs. LTPO3 is also more power efficient, enabling a faster refresh rate when the Apple Watch Ultra 3 is in always-on mode, going from once a minute to once a second. Stopwatch, Timer, and over 20 watch faces are updated with support for this refresh rate. In addition, a new Waypoint watch face can help users navigate with a live compass, easily access satellite communications with a new complication, and quickly turn on Night Mode to help preserve night vision.

Apple Watch Ultra 3 delivers up to 42 hours of battery life while in low power mode, and it continues to offer up to 72 hours of battery life. The smartwatch now gets 20 hours of battery life in Low Power Mode with full GPS and heart rate readings. With fast charging, 15 minutes provides up to 12 hours of battery life.

It offers 5G cellular capabilities and uses an advanced algorithm that simultaneously engages the two system antennas needed, significantly increasing the signal strength. The smartwatch features built-in two-way satellite communications, Emergency SOS via satellite, Find My via satellite, messages via satellite, and Connection assistant. All satellite communication features are free for two years with the Apple Watch Ultra 3.

Hypertension notification, Workout Buddy, and sleep score features are available on this smartwatch as well. Users will also get irregular rhythm notifications, high and low heart rate notifications, an ECG app, Blood Oxygen level, sleep apnea notifications, and retrospective ovulation estimates.

Apple Watch SE 3

Features

With the S10 chip, Apple Watch SE 3 now features an Always-On display. The cover glass is 4x more resistant to cracks than the previous generation, featuring a custom, proprietary grade of Ion-X glass. It offers 18-hour battery life and features fast charging support, with which you can charge the smartwatch up to 80% in 45 minutes. It offers 5G cellular capabilities.
