There are dual speakers that provide clear audio cues during training. It trains across 170+ sports with advanced multisport tracking, including industry-first HYROX training and competition modes, downloadable maps for 40,000 golf courses, and SCUBA diving support.
Balance 2 delivers continuous 24/7 recovery monitoring with precision and power. Amazfit BioTracker technology provides precise, real-time monitoring of heart rate, sleep quality, blood-oxygen levels, and stress. It comes with 10 ATM water-resistance and military-grade endurance. Workout mode, Zepp App compatibility, diving to a depth of 45m, Zepp Coach, real-time performance, post-workout analysis, and heart rate variability are some of the other features of this smartwatch.
It offers industry-leading GPS accuracy, total voice control (via Zepp Flow), a QWERTY keyboard, and Bluetooth calls support via Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. Apart from health monitoring features, you will also receive health reminders.

Features
The smartband comes with BioCharge Energy Monitoring that helps you understand your energy levels throughout the day. It delivers accurate, real-time heart rate data to your Amazfit smartwatches, compatible cycling computers, fitness equipment, and other apps. It is compatible with the Zepp app.
With BioTracker technology, you can receive real insights into heart rate variability, sleep, blood oxygen levels, stress, exertion, fitness level, and more. It comes with exclusive HYROX Race mode, 27 built-in sports modes available through the Zepp App. It provides post-workout analysis and also seamlessly integrates with third-party platforms. The Helio Strap can last up to 10 days from a single charge. It comes with 5ATM water resistance, supports Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity. It measures 33.97×24.3×10.59mm and weighs 20g.
