Samsung Galaxy Event confirmed to be held on 21st October; Project Moohan will be unveiled at this event

It was recently tipped that the Project Moohan headset will be unveiled on 21st October, and today Samsung has also officially confirmed that its Samsung Galaxy Event will be held on 21st October at 10 PM ET, and in this particular event, the company will officially unveil the first official device on Android XR- Project Moohan.

The event will be live-streamed on Samsung Newsroom and Samsung’s YouTube channel.

In the invite post, Samsung has mentioned that the device is co-developed with Google and Qualcomm, and it will arrive with the Android XR platform that will bring AI to the center of immersive, everyday experiences. Project Moohan is said to bring the true potential of XR alive, unlocking a whole new dimension of possibilities. It is revealed to support multimodal AI capabilities.

The upcoming device is believed to be called Samsung Galaxy XR and has already made its appearance on the FCC and Geekbench databases.  This device has been showcased by the company several times, like at the recently conducted Snapdragon Summit event. It is reportedly suggested to carry a price tag of over USD 2,000.
