The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi has finally introduced its latest Xiaomi 17 Ultra smartphone in its home country, China.

The smartphone sports a 6.9-inch M10 LTPO OLED display that offers 3500 nits peak brightness and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The display is protected by Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 3.0. It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3 based on Android 16.
The device packs a 50MP 1-inch Light Hunter 1050L LOFIC main camera, 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and 50MP JN5 ultrawide lens on the rear side, while on the front it features a 50MP OV50M selfie camera. It is backed by a 6800 mAh battery and supports 90W wired fast charging, 90W PPS protocol, and 50W wireless fast charging. It measures 77.6×162.9×8.29mm.

It features a Leica classic red label, Leica inscription engraved, and the mid-frame is finely knurled like a camera body. There is a master zoom ring that allows for precise measurement, and the variable frequency drive can be adjusted by rotation. This special edition device supports a customisable function that allows users to configure parameters such as tidal compensation and self-balancing.
It provides Leica M9, Leica M3+, and MONOPAN 50 image quality. The device includes Leica 1-inch Master of Light and Leica 200MP optical zoom. It comes in Black and White colours.
