Vivo Y500 Smartphone Launch Officially Announced in China: To Hit the Market Featuring a Long-Lasting Battery and Durable Build Quality
The Chinese consumer electronics maker – Vivo has now announced the launch of another smartphone in its home market. This upcoming smartphone device will be offering good battery and build quality as per what has been shared.

Vivo Y500 – Launching Soon in China
The upcoming Vivo Y500 smartphone that has now been teased to launch soon in China is going to be unveiled aligning with the brand’s aim of constantly connecting with users by making great products. Furthermore, it has also been added that the brand keeps on exploring the real pain points of smartphone users, and keeps pushing industry boundaries. The same is also expected to repeat in Vivo’s Y500 smartphone too and it is teased to hit the Chinese market as a ‘long-lasting, durable, and powerful phone’.
Also, in the launch/teaser poster shared, the design of the Vivo Y500 smartphone has been suggested as well. It could likely have a flat rear panel, a centrally-placed projected circular rear camera module, and a Blue color choice. The brand has also asked its consumers and fans to ‘stay tuned’ and thus, more updates from the brand’s side can be expected in the coming days itself.
Speaking more, three days later, on the 21st of August 2025, Vivo has scheduled the launch of its Vision Explorer Edition MR headset in China. An experience center offering selected candidates a chance to use this MR headset is also currently open in the Chinese market, and it will be launched in the country by opening doors to ‘a new era of spatial computing with a fusion of both virtual and real worlds to reshape lives’.
