Vivo Y05 4G launched with 6.74″ LCD display, 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery, Unisoc T7225 SoC

The Vivo Y05 4G is powered by a T7225 processor and runs OriginOS 6.0 based on Android 16. It has 4GB of RAM with 4GB of expanded virtual RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. The device has a 6.74″ LCD display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and a high-brightness eyecare mode that can reach up to 1,200 nits. It packs a 6,500mAh BlueVolt battery that is touted to last up to five years and support 15W wired charging. The phone has SGS 5-Star overall unit drop resistance certification and an IP65 grade for dust and water protection.
In terms of cameras, the phone has an 8MP rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera. On the back, camera modes include Photo, Night, Portrait, Video, Live Photo, Time-lapse, Pro, Panorama, and Documents, while on the front, they are Photo, Night, Portrait, Video, and Live Photo.

It weighs 209g, with dimensions of 167.40 × 77.10 × 8.39 mm, and comes in black and blue colour options. Dual nano-SIM support with a dedicated microSD card slot, dual SIM dual standby (DSDS), 4G LTE compatibility, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB 2.0, and GPS are among the connectivity features. It does not support NFC. Other features include a side-mounted capacitive fingerprint sensor, USB-C headphone jack support, call recording, and support for common audio and video formats.

The Vivo Y05 4G has a single memory option of 4GB/64GB and is priced at RM399.00 (approx. ₹9,138.70/$253.29). It is currently available to purchase in Malaysia through the Vivo Malaysia website.
