Vivo X300 Ultra teased to arrive with Blueprint Original color camera and Vivo’s exclusive spectrum demodulation technology

The Chinese manufacturer Vivo will be introducing its Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s smartphones on 30th March in the Chinese market, and lately, Vivo’s product manager has been revealing various new details related to these upcoming devices.

Today, he has revealed details about the Vivo X300 Ultra’s Blueprint Original colour camera via the Weibo platform.

Vivo X300 Ultra: Blueprint Original colour camera

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a Blueprint Original Colour camera that boasts the industry’s most extensive 12 spectral channels, capturing more complete spectral information and improving colour accuracy. Combined with an industry-leading 5MP sensor, it possesses exceptional colour perception capabilities.

The Blueprint Original Colour camera distinguishes the spectral information of objects from ambient light, achieving pixel-by-pixel spectral detection, accurately separating ambient light sources.

In the sample image above, it is revealed that in environments with large areas of solid colour background and solid colour objects, a ‘green lemon’ is successfully reproduced as a ‘yellow lemon.’ In other environments, such as low colour temperature scenes (coffee shops) and scenes with contrasting light sources (concerts), it delivers professional colour accuracy output.

The Vivo Colour Science system includes: Blueprint Original Colour Camera that provides professional colour accuracy, Blueprint Native Color and various professional camera styles offer advanced and rich preset tones, and Blueprint Colour Palette provides personalised colour adjustment freedom.
