Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s smartphones, along with their photography kits, launched in China
The Chinese manufacturer Vivo yesterday introduced its all-new Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300s smartphones in China. Alongside these smartphones, the company has also unveiled photography kits for these devices.
Vivo X300 Series: Features
Vivo X300 Ultra
The smartphone sports a 6.82-inch AMOLED display that offers 3168×1440 screen resolution, 94.49% screen ratio, 100% P3 wide color gamut, 2160Hz full brightness high-frequency PWM dimming+ full-brightness DC dimming, hardware level 1 nit and 1-144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC paired with LPDDR5X Ultra/ LPDDR5X Ultra Pro (16GB/1TB) RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The device is backed by a 6600 mAh battery and supports 100W wired flash charging and 40W wireless flash charging. It packs a 200MP 35mm Zeiss Sony LYTIA-901 main camera, a 200MP 85mm Zeiss Gimbal-Grade Samsung HP0 telephoto lens and a 50MP 14mm Zeiss Sony LYTIA 818 Ultra-Wide-Angle lens on the rear side, and there is a 50MP selfie camera. The camera system can further be paired with the Vivo Zeiss G2 teleconverter (equivalent to 200mm) or the Vivo Zeiss G2 Ultra teleconverter lens (400mm equivalent).

The device features a 6.78-inch AMOLED 8T LTPO display that offers 2800×1260 screen resolution, 1-144Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz full brightness high-frequency PWM dimming+ full brightness DC dimming, hardware level 1 nit and 1.07 billion colors. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with LPDDR5X Ultra/ LPDDR5X Ultra Pro (16GB/1TB) RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It runs on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
The smartphone is backed by a 7100 mAh battery and supports 90W wired flash charging and 40W wireless flash charging. It packs a 200MP Zeiss Samsung HPB main camera, a 50MP Zeiss APO Sony LYTIA 602 telephoto camera and a 50MP Zeiss ultra-wide-angle camera on the rear side, while there is a 50MP selfie camera. It supports the Zeiss G2 teleconverter full-range zoom flash with an equivalent 200mm focal length.

The Ultra Model comes in Film Green, Black and Silver Tone colours. The Vivo X300s comes in Film Green, Dream Core Purple, Titanium Black and Silver colours.
