Vivo X300 Series: Features
The series is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and is equipped with a V3+ Imaging chip. The devices run on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16, and will receive 5 OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates. Both support 90W Flash Charge and 40W wireless Flash Charge. Other features include- LPDDR5x Ultra RAM & UFS 4.1 storage, IP68 & IP69 rating, ZEISS Master Color Display, Bluetooth 6.0, dual SIM, fingerprint sensor, and Zeiss 2.35x Telephoto Extender support.
Vivo X300 features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display that offers 1.5K screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits peak brightness, and 2160Hz PWM Dimming.. It features a 200MP HPB Zeiss main camera with a CIPA 4.5 rating, 50MP JN1 Zeiss ultra-wide-angle camera, and 50MP LYT-602 Zeiss APO telephoto camera with a CIPA 4.5 rating on the rear side, while on the front it features 50MP JN1 Zeiss wide-angle selfie camera. The device is backed by a 6040 mAh battery. Camera features include- Telephoto hyperzoom, 4K 60fps portrait video, AI Landscape Master, Live Photo Zoom Out, AI Storyboard, multifocal portrait snapshot, adaptive zoom flash, and multifocal HD portrait.
Vivo X300 Pro features a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display that offers 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 4500 nits local peak brightness and 2160Hz PWM Dimming. It features a 200MP HPB Zeiss APO Telephoto camera with a CIPA 5.5 rating, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50MP LYT-828 Gimbal-Grade main camera with a CIPA 5.5 rating on the rear side, while on the front, it also features a 50MP JN1 Zeiss wide-angle selfie camera. It is also equipped with a VS1 Imaging Chip. The device is backed by a 6510 mAh battery. Camera features include- Telephoto Hyperzoom, 4K 120 fps ( 10-bit Log video, Dolby Vision video, and ultra stable video), Telephoto Bird Shots, Zeiss Mirota Telephoto Style Bokeh, AI Storyboard, Live Photo Zoom Out, AI Landscape Master, Adaptive Zoom Flash, multi-focal portrait snapshot, and multi-focal HD portrait.
Vivo X300 Series: Availability
Vivo X300 comes in Elite Black, Summit Red and Mist Blue colours. The 12/256GB is priced at Rs 75,999, the 12/512GB is priced at Rs 81,999, and the 16/512GB is priced at Rs 85,999. Vivo X300 Pro comes in Dune Gold and Elite Black colour options. It comes in a si 10ngle storage option- 16/512GB priced at Rs 1,09,999.
The pre-booking of these devices has started today, while the official sale for this series will start from 10th December 2025 via the Vivo India website, Flipkart, Amazon, nearby retail stores and Vivo exclusive stores.
