Vivo X300 Series Three More Upgrades Teased Ahead of Next Week’s Launch: First MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Phones, OriginOS 6, and 7.95mm Slim Design

This year’s Vivo X300 series will be debuting in the Chinese market next week featuring eight major upgrades. After sharing four of them, the brand has officially shared three more of them. Specs regarding its processor, custom skin, as well as form factor design have been revealed.

Vivo X300 Series – Newly Teased Upgrades

As per the newly-shared teaser updates, the Vivo X300 series is again pointed out to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, and it is going to be coupled with the brand’s own Blue Crystal engine. On top of this, the flagship series is also now teased to debut with the OriginOS 6 custom skin, promising both smooth and comfortable experience. In addition to these performance-related upgrades, a slim form factor design of 7.95mm has also been teased, thanks to which the flagships will provide a comfortable grip to users.

Vivo’s X300 series will be debuting on the 13th of October 2025 and on the same day, the brand has also confirmed the launch of the Vivo Pad 5e tablet, Vivo TWS 5 earbuds, and the Vivo Watch GT 2 smartwatch. Speaking of the Vivo X300 series, apart from the above teased specs, the brand previously teased its VS1 imaging chip, three-point full-focus zoom flash, 4K 120fps video recording, and Zeiss-branded 200MP camera system. Two smartphone models will be unveiled under the series this time and these will be offered in nature-inspired colors (Vivo X300: Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Free Blue, Pure Black; Vivo X300 Pro: Wilderness Brown, Simple White, Free Blue, Pure Black)
