Vivo X300 Series Teased to Feature a Zeiss 200MP Camera; iQOO 15 Revealed to Support IP68+IP69 Rating and 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner

Vivo’s X300 series and iQOO’s 15 are both scheduled to debut this month in the Chinese market and we have already come across multiple updates concerning these upcoming flagships. Now, new updates have been shared, revealing more details.

Vivo X300 Series – Zeiss 200MP Camera Teased

As per the new teaser update, the Vivo X300 series will be featuring a Zeiss-branded 200MP camera (one among 8 upgrades) which will be offering its users ultra-clear portraits. Do note that OPPO’s Find X9 series has also been teased to sport a Hasselblad 200MP camera system too, which is pointed out to support 4K live photos and 8K photos.

Speaking more, the Vivo X300 series launch is scheduled to take place on the 13th of October 2025, and it will be accompanied by the Vivo Pad 5e, Vivo TWS 5, and Vivo Watch GT 2 devices as well. Just recently, the brand had also shared the bundle deals that will be made available with these mentioned upcoming products.

iQOO 15 – To Support IP68/69 Rating and 3D Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner

The iQOO 15 smartphone is also said to launch this month in October 2025 and while the launch date is still yet to be revealed, it is believed to take place some time later this month. Previous updates had revealed specs like Android 16-based OriginOS 6, 6.85″ 2K Samsung Everest Display, 7-cell Blue Ocean battery, Global Direct Power 2.0, wireless charging, and color-changing back.

This upcoming flagship device is now also revealed to offer an IP68 + IP69-rated waterproof body that is ultra durable and ultra reliable, along with a new generation 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner which will allow users to unlock it even with wet hands in the rain.

Also, iQOO’s 15 flagship smartphone will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, and its arrival to Indian shores has also been confirmed.
