Vivo X300 Series Key Specs Teased Via Amazon and Flipkart Ahead of its India Launch

The Vivo X300 series is scheduled to launch in the Indian market early next month on the 2nd of December 2025, and its landing pages are already live on both Amazon and Flipkart. Now, the key specs of the Vivo X300 series have again been revealed via Amazon and Flipkart.

About the standard Vivo X300 smartphone, its Zeiss-branded camera module will be equipping a 200MP Zeiss main camera (HPB, 1/3.55cm, f/1.68, AF, OIS CIPA 4.5), 50MP Zeiss ultra wide-angle camera (JN1, 1/7.01cm, f/2.0, AF), and a 50MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera (LYT-602, 1/4.95cm, f/2.57, AF, OIS CIPA 4.5). A 50MP Zeiss wide-angle front camera (JN1, 1/7.01cm, f/2.0, 2cm equivalent focal length) is also teased to be a part of the device.

Vivo’s X300 Pro smartphone which will also be sporting a Zeiss-branded camera module houses a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera (HPB, 1/3.55cm, f/2.67, AF, OIS CIPA 5.5), 50MP Zeiss ultra-wide-angle camera (1/5.99cm, d/2.0, AF), and a 50MP Zeiss gimbal-grade main camera (LYT-828, 1/3.25cm, f/1.57, AF, OIS CIPA 5.5). Additionally, in comparison to the previous X200 Pro device, an enhanced telephoto shooting experience is guaranteed on the Vivo X300 Pro. Also, the 50MP Zeiss wide-angle front camera (JN1, 1/7.01cm, f/2.0, AF, FOV 92°) will be given on the pro model as well.

Both the smartphone models will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip and will be coupled with the V3+ imaging chip for handling post processing. The Vivo X300 Pro will also have the VS1 imaging chip too for pre-processing every frame. Furthermore, the OriginOS (6) custom skin will be offered on both the devices out of the box, and the Vivo Zeiss 2.35x telephoto extender will be made available for the two.

In terms of design, the Vivo X300 is teased with specs like a unibody 3D glass, metal frame featuring defined edges, and 0.105cm ultra-slim symmetrical bezels. Summit Red, Phantom Black, and Mist Blue will be its color options. Regarding the pro model, it is going to have 0.11cm ultra slim symmetrical bezels, and Dune Brown and Phantom Black will be its color choices for Indian customers.

Speaking more, recently the Indian pricing details of the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro smartphone models were revealed online, and the two are said to start at INR 75,999 and INR 1,09,999 (selling prices). [Reports have also arrived pointing to the launch of the Vivo X200T model in India, and it will be an online-focused smartphone.] The teleconverter kit is reportedly going to be priced at INR 19,999 (box price – INR 20,999).
